Pehoski Purple Garlic

Pehoski Purple has a hot, strong flavor when it is raw but becomes an earthy and mild flavor once cooked. The papers surrounding the bulb have beautiful purple striping.

Our garlic is grown using organic practices, but we are not certified organic. 

Size:

Small bulbs are less than 1.5 inches in diameter.

Medium bulbs are between 1.5-2 inches in diameter.

Large bulbs are between 2-2.5 inches in diameter. 

Approximate bulbs per 1/4 pound:

 Small & Medium: 3-5 Bulbs

Large: 2-3 Bulbs
