Georgian Crystal-

Georgian Crystal garlic has a robust, rich flavor that is milder than German Extra Hardy. The easy to peel cloves make cooking a breeze.

Georgian Fire-

Georgian Fire garlic has an intense, spicy, and sharp flavor when it is raw. Its bold flavor mellows, but remains complex when cooked.

Korean Red-

Korean Red has zingy, citrus taste when raw. It is sweet when roasted.

Origination: Korea, but the garlic has significantly morphed since import into northern states. 

Pehoski Purple-

Pehoski Purple has a hot, strong flavor when it is raw but becomes an earthy and mild flavor once cooked. The papers surrounding the bulb have beautiful purple striping.
